6-10 leaves of organic Kale
1/2- 1 whole onion (chopped)
3-5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Coconut oil
8oz. Pasta
Salt & Cayenne
Parmesan Cheese

Wash and tear pieces of the Kale of thier stem. Saute kale pieces, onions and garlic in oil. Cook pasta and drain, then add a little butter to keep pasta from sticking to each other. Then add sauted kale, onions, garlic, and seasoning to pasta and mix. Top with parmesan cheese.
